We have a broad mix of staff in the salon, covering a range of experience and specialities while sharing a great base of general skills. We keep a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the salon and frequently update our training; whatever service you need, we're sure to have someone ready and willing to help.
Sally
Sally previously had a salon in Lambley, running it for over 20 years until the building was sold, leading to the purchase of the salon in Arnold, rennovating it into a modern workspace with 10 single spaced styling units. Highly trained and specialising in cutting, Sally also has great knowledge on colour, having trained in London with skilled freehand colourists.
Always keen to keep up with the industry, Sally attends annual hair shows, has trained in barbering and is a Silver award therapist in Sienna spray tanning. As a seasoned professional Sally is in demand, and requires a fortnight notice for appointments.
Maxine
Maxine is responsible for the every day running of the salon, and worked and trained with Sally at her previous salon. In addition to completing the Jack Howard colouring course and numerous look and learn cutting courses, Maxine is also a fabulous barber and has trained with Sid Sottung.
Sarah
A natural people person and very approachable, Sarah is a mature senior stylist and has great knowledge of colour, educating students in the industry of hairdressing before joining us to focus on our clients and graduates. Multitalented, Sarah can also spray tan, wax and barber, but her forte has to be colour and wedding hair; for special occassions, Sarah is one of the best.
Michelle
Michelle is a senior stylist, trained at Clarendon College. She is very much a people person and is always keen to keep up with the changing fashions of the industry. She has managed salons in the past and has been with Hair Sculpture over a year now. Michelle is very happy to work alongside such a great team, and her days at the salon are Monday to Thursday.
Emily
Emily had a change of career having retired as a flat racing jockey into the hair industry. She is very confident in all aspects of hairdressing, especially creative work. At the moment due to a young family, Emily only works Saturdays with us.
Hannah
Hannah is a recently qualified stylist in her level 2 Hairdressing Diploma. Hannah loves all types of staff training. She trains once a week with our creative director Romano Zullo in our academy. Hannah has been on a balayage course with creative colourist Jack Howard. Hannah loves building on her skills and looks forward to bringing a good energy into the salon on a daily basis.
Kieran
Kieran is fully qualified and trained at NCN. He is hardworking, friendly and passionate. His fortes include colouring and wedding hair.
Denise
Denise - independent business owner of Diva Dees Beauty - is our beauty therapist. With over 10 years knowledge and expertise within the beauty and clinical industry, Denise has trained in areas such as Environ, Obagi, IS Clinical and Lycon Wax. Her passion is to see her clients transformed, renewed, and to truly feel valued. Denise has a great rapport with clients and enjoys building relationships. From traditional to advanced treatments, Dee's got you covered!
